Year 3/4 - Munich Class
Happy New Year! I hope you all had a great Christmas break. Our new geography based topic is "Saving Planet Earth." We will be learning about all the damage that has happened to our planet and how we can all play our part in helping save our planet. Our science topic is "Rocks and Soils." I'm looking forward to a new term and all the exciting learning that will take place.
I hope you have all had a great Autumn 2. We have had great fun with our learning. I especially loved our English book "Odd Dog Out!" Christmas is now upon us. I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Autumn 2 Term Topic - 'Let Us Shine'
In PE we have been outside on the playground practising our team building skills and ball skills using a variety of balls and activities.
In English, we have been writing our own books based on "Odd Dog Out!"
In History, we have been learning about the Ancient Egyptians. As part of our learning on mummification, we wrapped ourselves up in paper to look like mummies.
Welcome back to Jubilee! I'm so pleased to see you all back at school and am looking forward to teaching you throughout this new school year with our new class of year 3/4 children. There are many new exciting things happening this year and I am sure we will all work well together as a team to achieve our aspirations.
